Box Office

Our Box Office opens thirty minutes prior to the first scheduled performance of the day.

Tickets can always be purchased 24/7 on our website.

Late Seating

Late seating is not guaranteed. Latecomers will be seated at the sole discretion of management. When granted, seating location may vary from purchased section and may be partial view. No refunds will be given for late patrons or unclaimed tickets. All sales are final - no exchanges or refunds. We highly recommend arriving 20-30 minutes prior to start of performance.

Bar & Concessions

Our venues feature exclusive bars which offer a selection of beer, wine, craft cocktails, and light snacks & sweets. Once inside, you can enjoy service from your seats throughout the performance. There is no food or drink minimum at Drunk Shakespeare.

Restrooms

Restrooms are open for patrons 30 minutes prior to performances. An accessible restroom is available upon request in NYC. All restrooms in Chicago, DC, Houston, and Phoenix are accessible.

21 and Older

We have a strict age requirement for entry. All guests must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID. No Exceptions.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome at Drunk Shakespeare. They must rest within the seating area of the individual during the performance. For the safety of both animal and performers, animals are unable to occupy the aisle during a performance. Due to some seating configurations, there may be limitations as to where we can accommodate service animals. We suggest that the individual carry proof of certification or a license for the service animal.

Please be aware that Drunk Shakespeare may feature loud noises, strobe lights, spilled food and drink, and other aspects of the show which might present unsafe or unpleasant situations for service animals. Please ensure that your service animal is safe to attend the performance.

Safety and Security

Drunk Shakespeare staff reserve the right to inspect any bags or packages upon entry.

Drunk Shakespeare does not offer luggage/bag storage or coat check. We does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Drunk Shakespeare is a private theatre. As such, no firearms or weapons are permitted in the venue at any time. No exceptions.

We reserve the right to deny entry, refuse service, or remove patrons who become intoxicated at a Drunk Shakespeare performance. Patrons denied entry or removed due to being intoxicated or disruptive will not be granted refunds or exchanges.

Public Transportation

CHICAGO
The closest CTA train stops are one block away at State/Lake (Brown / Green / Pink / Orange lines) and Lake (Red line) or three blocks away at Washington (Blue line). Public transit is recommended, as parking in the area can run $50+. Less expensive options may be available for pre-purchase using the Spot Hero app.
